
Our Process
Elevation Building Company is unique in that we build your home on our lot. This allows us to develop small boutique neighborhoods with a cohesive look and design. When you build with us, rest assured we have done all the leg work in finding the right location for your home.
Introduction Meeting
A quick meeting where we get to know you, your lifestyle, your budget, your schedule and everything you're looking for in a new home.
Construction
The fun part begins! Once things are underway, your build will be overseen by your Project Manager, who will be on site daily ensuring all work is done to specifications, using the highest quality building materials and techniques. We use BuilderTrend software to track all aspects of of the build, giving you the ability to see exactly where things stand.
Pre-construction
Once we are retained, and a lot is chosen, we begin to work on plans and design. We determine the path for your build; either semi-custom or full custom. Then we we work with the architect and our design team to complete the blueprints and designer selections .
Home Completion
Our in-depth close-out process includes an in-depth quality control inspection by the EBC team. Eric Reidinger will then join you and your Project Manager for a detailed walk-through to compile a final “punch list.” Upon move-in you will receive a comprehensive Homeowner Manual close-out package with copies of city documents, manuals and warranties.
Budgeting
Now that we have the completed blueprints and designer selections. We will bid the project out for a final budget. Once the budget is complete, and any changes are made, we will execute the construction agreement and scope-of-work.
Home Warranty
All custom homes built by EBC come with a comprehensive 1-year warranty including a 45-day touch-up and a 12-month touch-up.
